Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage Rileva uses, how we decide which consent rules apply to you, and how to change your choice.

1. How we decide your region
When a page loads, a small request that is never cached (/api/public/region) reads the country our CDN (Cloudflare) assigns to the request and returns only a region: EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland, US, other, or unknown. We don't store the country or your IP address for this.
2. Consent by region
- EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, or when the country is unknown: everything non-essential stays off until you choose. The banner offers "Reject non-essential" and "Accept all" with equal weight.
- Everywhere else: Google Ads measurement is on by default and no banner is shown. You can opt out at any time.
3. What happens when a page loads
- Google consent defaults are set to denied first.
- Outside the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, measurement is switched on once your region is known.
- Global Privacy Control turns ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation off in every region.
- A choice you saved always wins.
4. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control is honoured automatically: it turns off ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation in every region.
5. Changing your choice
